AS MENTION BELOW, THE DAY BEFORE THE RACE, I HIKE AT STURTEVANT FALL TO PREPARED MYSELF AND CONDITION MY PACE SO I COULD BEAT MY TIME FROM LAST YEARS, AND HERE I AM PREPARED AND GET MYSELF IN SHAPE FOR THE RACE, I WALK AND RUN AND JOG AT THE PARK AT LEAST FOUR TO FIVE TIME A WEEK AT WHITTIER NARROW AND LAKE LEGG......SO AS THE TIME APPROACH, I PREPARED MYSELF EVEN TOUGHER, FROM BREATHING TO ENDURANCE AND IT IS ALL WORK OUT THE BEST, BECAUSE MY TIME IS 31MINS 10MINS PACE WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT.....I HAVE SO MUCH FUN AND MEET A LOT OF GREAT PEOPLES......AS THIS WAS MY THIRD TIME RUNNING 5K DERBY, IT MAKE IT EVEN MORE INTERESTING ON HOW I CONTINUED TO IMPROVED MY TIME YEARS AFTER YEARS........2019 HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF HOPE AND GOAL TO ACCOMPLISH AND I CONTINUESLY SURPRISING MYSELF ON HOW MUCH I CAN ACHIEVED WHEN I KEEP GRIDING........
